ATC's for July.













Okay so because I have no pictures to scrapbook I have been playing with other things.
I love the look of Collage but can't seem to do as good a job with it as I'd like.
The first three are a mix of paint, hot embossing, and Radiant Pearls.
The second picture is my attempt at collage.
For the third set of cards I painted lilies.


The sunflower 4-4 - traded

Wow it's been a while.

I have been making Altered Domino's. I tried the chalk ink and as long as I heat it before going to the next step it seems to be fine.
Step 1. Apply chalk ink and heat to set.
Step 2. Stamp image with StazOn ink.
Step 3. Color in with Bic Mark it pens or Sharpies.
Step 4. I put a layer of Aleene's Clear Gel Tacky glue on top.
Step 5. Attach a magnet to the back.

Pirate princess

This is Pixie after her surgery. She hates the coller, she whines and whimpers whenever I put it on her. She is not to scratch or rub it and she has always rubbed her face after eating so this is something we are watching for all the time. She is so clingy it's been hard to do anything but baby her.

The operation to remover her eye was on Monday the 28th of Jan/08.

Today at 8:30am we took Pixie in to the vets. The ulcer in her eye has gotten worse and we were worried about a possible rupture. She had her eye removed and was spayed. I called the vet at 2:00 and she is still on IV but is resting and the surgery went well. We will pick her up tomorrow morning.

I was playing around with altering paperclips and using up scraps of paper. Not my best card but I still like its simplicity.

Ok so last night Jeff brought home a cat. He's about a year old and red. I would take a picture but he is hiding from the dogs. I think he spent the night checking out the house.

A start

I decided to finally start a blog. I want a place I can send someone too when I want to share a layout.

So I am making the dogs their supper and while its cooking I thought I could get a start here.

My dear SIL got out of the hospital today. Her Dr thinks she has MS. I hope and pray if it is she will go into remission for a good long time.
