I wanted to make a shrine for my dog Bandit for a long time now. Well here it is.
I added feet to a box and painted it all up. I added his name to the front then I added a good layer of Mod Podge.

This side I made to lift away from the back if I ever want to see the papers tucked in back. His adoption and vet papers are there.
The scrolls are the Rainbow Bridge story and some history of the breed. The little tin has a bit of his hair.

I made some pieces for the shrine with FIMO for this side. The grass, fire hydrant, dog bone and food dishes.
I put Bandits photo behind a protective sheet and mounted his collar around the inside of the box. I have been holding on to the collar for almost 15 years now.

On the edge around the open box I put the cute tag from Chocolate kisses.

Music mini book

When I saw this stack I just had to have it. lol
I covered dollar store shipboard letters with distress stickles glitter glue and added lace to the bottom of the page.
I covered binder clips with fabric and added a charm and a flower to the front of the book.

The inside of the book is full of tags, hidden photo mats and acetate pages and many other embellishments.

My handsome son got married on the 4th of July to a very wonderful woman. I had a great time making the invitations, guest book as well as the thank you cards.

I bought a few stamps to try and get creating again. This is the first card I made with this stamp.
Colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with baby oil.

Another little album

I have no idea why blogger wants to change the way my pictures show up but it does. Anyway here are a few of the pages in my newest little album. I love the Prima papers I found at Michaels this last week. I think they look great with the little fairy's I picked up at the dollar store in town.
The album is 6 1/2"x 5 1/2" and has 6 pages ready for pictures.

It is very rare that I reach for the glitter but I just had to for these. I used paper from a stack I got from Costco, glitter from the dollar store, crystal effects(love) and my Studio G stamps.
